- Export and report activity (export jobs and generated files, where applicable)
- Payment information (processed securely through Paddle.com, our merchant of record and payment processor)

- Creating and managing your account and company workspace
- Providing fleet features (maintenance, fuel, documents, drivers, trips, downtime, vendors, expenses, analytics)

- Sending in-app notifications and (where enabled) email notifications
- Securing the Service (fraud prevention, rate limiting, abuse detection, auditing)

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Payment processors (Paddle.com acts as our merchant of record and processes subscription payments securely)
- Infrastructure and storage providers to host the Service and store uploaded files
- Email/notification providers to deliver messages (where enabled)
- Legal/Compliance when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety
These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
